on-line via internet. In 1997 Galanis Sports Data covered the
final four in Rome, Italy providing on-line results and statistics. A
year later, in the 1998 World Basket, for the first time in Greece
Internet users could watch the games live, learn the latest news
on every team and get full statistic reports while the game was
played.
Over the last years Galanis Sports Data has created web pages for many
sports events and federations. The company’s site provides full
statistics for basketball, football and volleyball since 1992. And
since 2000 Internet users can watch live every week all
basketball games.
